01 / The connected business
Your people, information and work, connected.
A living environment that grows with your business.
Know who is involved, what they bring and what matters to them. Keep the history behind every connection.
Directory & relationshipsSee the current position, the person responsible and the next step. Carry the context through every handover.
Action Desk & management viewBring conversations, notes and documents into the working picture. Find useful context and follow it back to its source.
Knowledge, documents & intelligenceEvery conversation, document and decision builds a fuller picture of your client, from first enquiry to completed work. Communications, sales, service and marketing connect around your operation. Your business, your way—with integrations scoped to your needs.
02 / Your business, your operating model
Whatever your type of business, we start with how you work and design the solution around you.
When relationships, expertise and follow-through are the business, the context matters as much as the contact.
Who introduced the client. What they want to achieve. Which specialist can help. What was agreed, and who takes it forward.
Record the objective, background and source.
Connect relevant relationships and expertise.
Keep actions, documents and responsibility together.
Review the outcome and plan the next conversation.
Client terminology, referral relationships, engagement stages, document access and review dates.
These are illustrative possibilities, not client case studies or pre-packaged sector products. Each implementation is scoped individually.
03 / Business understanding comes first
WolfIntel brings business architecture into software design: connecting commercial thinking with the people, processes and infrastructure that move your business past what stands in the way.
The everyday work, the handovers and the exceptions. What needs to happen, and why.
Retain what is useful. Simplify the friction. Connect what belongs together.
Practical workflows, clear responsibilities and useful information when it is needed.
Standard systems lacked the insight and control needed for the founder’s complex business. Drawing on 30 years of experience, WolfIntel brought multiple tools into one environment to run the whole operation—creating a core that can be adapted around other businesses.

A few practical questions
Clarity on what WolfIntel is,
and how an engagement begins.
Yes, CRM is part of the foundation. The difference is how information flows between people, decisions and delivery—and how that reflects your business. WolfIntel combines the software with 30 years of business experience: understanding your operation, designing the connections and helping your people put them to work. The value is the complete approach, not simply a different set of CRM features.
Discovery establishes what is working and where the gaps are. The answer may be to retain a system, connect it, simplify a process or replace a particular function. Integrations depend on the services, access and scope agreed. WolfIntel is not presented as a complete accounting or ERP suite.
The approach is intended for a business of one through to teams of around 100. The amount of configuration, hosting and support needs to make commercial sense for your operation. Suitability is established during discovery; a smaller business should not inherit the complexity of a larger one.
The foundation includes people and organisations, relationships, work ownership and actions, notes, documents, calendar and permission-aware search. Terminology, processes, views and access are shaped to the client. Specialist functions and external communications, website or marketing integrations are separately designed and scoped.
That depends on the operation, the changes required, the data and integrations involved, and the level of hosting and support. The first conversation establishes fit. Discovery then supports a defined scope, costs, priorities and an implementation plan before you commit to the build.
WolfIntel starts with business understanding and practical systems design. Where useful, AI can assist capture and interpretation, while Oracle helps surface relevant information and evidence. Its role is agreed around your needs. Suggestions and uncertain interpretations remain for human review.
